Today we dressed in clothing to represent where we come from and made a flag . We met up with our new buddies in Room 32.

Mrs Brown

We have been very lucky having Mrs Brown in our room this term helping us with our learning. Mrs Brown is from Kentucky, USA and she has been teaching us German, talking to us about life in an American school and making a video with us about our school.


We were lucky enough to skype with Mrs Brown's  class in America. We noticed how the children were wrapped up in heavy clothing as it was very cold over there.

Steady Hand Game-Technology

As part of our Robots Rule theme we have been learning about electricity. We learnt about how to make an electrical circuit to create a " steady hand game' using an ice-cream container, a loop of wire, copper loop, a battery and a buzzer.


We shared our "game" with our buddy class and for the Technology Walkabout.

First Aid for Camp

Today we learnt how to treat burns ,bee stings and minor injuries. We also learnt what to do when  someone who is breathing but unconscious.
