Science Week Fun

Daniel showed us how the new Robotic device worked this week.

The next experiment we did this week was to see if raisins could dance.

We added rice, raisins and paper clips to a glass of sprite

We watched and the rice and raisins  danced up and down.
Our last experiment was to make snow.
Here is Alan after he touched the "snow".

Aria touched the snow and said it was wet and clammy.

Lions Roar

Our recent art focus was using Lions as the subject to learn two new painting techniques-dry brush and cardboard edge. Using black paper as the background we left the black paper as the eyes and mouth. The next skill was to mix and use a limited colour palette to paint in the nose and ears, adding big strokes of paint for the mane. We hope you like our masterpieces.
